Returns & Refunds

Because our products are produced in small batches and often made to order, sales are generally considered final except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in this policy.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused and in original condition

To initiate a return, contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • We will inspect the item

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an item is eligible, a replacement may be sent at our discretion.

Custom / Limited Items

Custom items, limited runs, giveaways, and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

Orders that are:

  • Refused

  • Returned due to unpaid customs fees

  • Undeliverable due to address errors

are not eligible for refunds.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. If a package is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist with the carrier claim process, but refunds are not guaranteed unless the claim is approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

However, pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

Many Cerealnaut products are manufactured on demand, produced in small batches, or made for specific vehicle configurations. Where applicable, such products may be exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

If a withdrawal right applies, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. After notifying us of your intent to withdraw, eligible items must be returned within 14 days.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original standard shipping charges will be refunded when required by applicable law.
