Returns & Refunds

Because our products are produced in small batches and often made to order, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused and in original condition

To initiate a return, contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • We will inspect the item

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an item is eligible, a replacement may be sent at our discretion.

Custom / Limited Items

Custom items, limited runs, giveaways, and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

Orders that are:

  • Refused

  • Returned due to unpaid customs fees

  • Undeliverable due to address errors

are not eligible for refunds.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. If a package is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist with the carrier claim process, but refunds are not guaranteed unless the claim is approved.
