Yamaha BW80 Aluminum Top Fork Plate
A 6mm aluminum replacement top fork plate designed specifically for the Yamaha BW80, with two handlebar riser mounting positions so you can retain the factory setup or switch to readily available aftermarket aluminum risers.
The rear mounting position works with the factory Yamaha BW80 handlebar risers. The additional forward mounting position is designed for generic aftermarket aluminum risers, giving you another option when replacing or updating the original handlebar setup.
Each plate also includes a 3D printed brake line guide/front fender mount. Two guide styles are available to accommodate different setups.

Aftermarket Riser Setup:
When using the forward mounting holes with aftermarket risers, the factory BW80 front fender must be modified for clearance. The upper fender ears that extend around the factory handlebar riser area will need to be trimmed off.
When using the factory risers in the original rear mounting position, this modification is not required.

Please Note:
These parts were designed using an original, nearly 40-year-old Yamaha BW80 as the reference. Like many surviving BW80s, the original machine had worn, bent, broken, or missing components. Every effort was made to reproduce the factory dimensions and fit as accurately as possible, but variations between bikes, previous repairs, and modifications may mean minor adjustment or fitting is required during installation.
